- Il va permettre de donner plus de polyvalence dans le positionnement du joueur dans l’organisation de l’équipe;
- Le joueur va gagner en confiance dans sa maîtrise du ballon et mieux supporter ainsi la pression de l’adversaire quand il sera sur son “mauvais pied”;
à son équipe;
Why develop the weak foot? :
Most players have a strong foot and a weak foot, it will be necessary to also focus on developing the weak foot. The goals will be lower than the strong foot, but a technical minimum is also needed for this foot.
• It will allow to give more versatility in the positioning of the player in the organization of the team;
• The player will gain confidence in his control of the ball and thus better to bear the pressure of the opponent when he is on his “bad foot”;
• The contribution of the player will be superior, his ball calls and his game with and without ball will be more varied and therefore more useful
To his team;
• The player will be less predictable to the opponent, especially for offensive players, as the opponents have more difficulty in playing the ball carrier.
